These are unprecedented times and we continue to feel the impacts of COVID-19 across Australia. Our local economies too are beginning to feel the pinch. We want to reassure you that you are not alone in this experience and we’re here to help.

We understand that you may be facing several challenges and that it may be a difficult time. As the situation continues to evolve, our objective is clear – to support you to the best possible extent with relevant information and sound advice.

Through this blog post, we want to touch on a few points of importance that you may find useful. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us should you have any questions or concerns.

We’ve adapted our business model

We know that the health and safety of our clients, as well as our staff, is a priority. That is why we have adapted our business model to suit the circumstances.

Following the safety directive by the Australian government, we have decided to temporarily function remotely and work from home. Although the offices are closed, we are fully functional and continue to meet all our commitments.

Here’s how you can reach us

We are using the power of technology to stay connected and responsive. Reach out to us using our email or using the contact form on our website. Also, feel free to contact us using our phone lines for any urgent issues. We are using Zoom to conduct video conferencing and will be happy to set up a meeting if you so require (Zoom - download link).

We will respond to you as soon as possible, however, please allow us some extra time in responding in view of the situation we are facing currently. We truly appreciate your patience.

Continuing to serve our clients

No doubt that these times of undue stress and worry can trigger panic, confusion and concern. If you are experiencing any of these emotions, we recommend that you talk to your financial adviser.

Your financial advisers are equipped to give you advice on your status and goals, as well as help you create a path forward. They can advise you on the current market conditions, any legislative changes affecting you and offer guidance.
